how awesome is it to have a baby?

I mean, think about it. It starts with the fact that he looks like you guys. Like, bits of you and bits of him, matching amazingly on a new look, a new person. He's a brand new person! That you made!

He'll be born with some traces of your personality but you can't really know which ones until you meet him. He'll do stuff you used to do but when? In which situation? How exciting is it to know you'll be there to find out? And you'll watch this tiny person learn about each single thing. Everything will be new to him, imagine how awesome this must feel: everything he sees or does will be his first. And you'll be his reference, you'll teach and learn from his innocence. The course of this new life depends exclusively on you and how you'll guide your baby. And soon enough, he'll be doing stuff of his own, creating new things from the knowledge you gave him. You'll provide him the grounds and roots that he needs to grow and be himself.

Not to mention, of course, the cuteness of the whole thing. The tiny clothes for the tiny body and the tiny shoes for tiny feet and really just the word tiny is so cute. To be mesmerized by all this cuteness is another way to express love. The warm feeling on your guts when you look at him is instantly transmitted and he feels it too. The bond you have with your baby lasts forever and it is the strongest kind of love there is. I mean... how awesome is that?
