The I'll Be There For You Generation

We are now on our 20's or 30's and we're not married yet. But it's okay, we all know we'll find someone eventually and marry them. Actually, we know we have already found that someone but marriages are usually saved for the last season, so we will wait.
We have learned that things can go pretty bad before they get better. Jobs will come and go, dates will come and go, doubts will come and go. We've learned that it's okay to be whatever we chose to be. And maybe we were fooled to believe that money shouldn't be our main concern. But that's how we think now and that's something to be thankful too.
We've learned a new kind of music (and Clarice Falcão won't let me lie!) and how to offend without offending at all: you just have to bump the side of your fists or your elbows; we've learned the power of unagi and how strong the we were on a break argument can be. And we've learned that everything may seem to be as bad as can be but a new season will fix it up. Just like magic, we've learned that when it comes to the main cast of our lives, it's never the end unless it's a happy end.
Friendship was, after all, the most important lesson we've learned. And although people may be different, they may come from different places, they may have different thoughts, we all know that there's one thing this whole generation agrees on: Friends have raised us.
